Currently Katie serves as the President of Operations of MacKenzie Corporation, a research and analytics firm that blends passion and curiosity to create remarkable experiences. Katie was formally recognized as the 2020 Woman of Influence at the seventh annual Greater Irvine Chamber Women of Influence forum.

Katie Rucker is Co-President of MacKenzie, a second generation family business that has been headquartered in Orange Country for 35 years, working with clients such as Yamaha Motor, Five Point, Goodwill, and Kaiser OC and Staple Center. MacKenzie was founded on the premise of blending passion and curiosity to create remarkable customer experiences and drive growth opportunities for our clients through the use of customer insights and data analytics.
At the core, Katie has a passion for awakening the potential in people and this comes to life daily through her role in heading up the operational and administrative direction for the company.
Outside of the office, Katie is passionate about giving back to the community. She currently serves on the board of trustees for the Orange County Ronald McDonald House and is co-chairing their expansion capital campaign. She was a founding member of the Young Leaders group at the Center for Family Business at Cal State Fullerton, and was a Girl Scout Troop leader for the for four years. Katie was recently named the Irvine Chamber’s Women of Influence for 2020.
